Fire Safety Plans are manuals which outline the current fire protection equipment and evacuation procedures. FSPs are building specific, following the guidelines based on occupancy, capacity, Fire Code and AHJ requirements.
Evacuations plans are floor plan maps which accompany Fire Safety Plans as a complete overview of the building's safety preparedness.

Our Fire Safety Plans are reviewed by local Authority Having Jurisdictions (Fire Departments) prior to installation.
Fire Safety Plan Methodology
Things that definitely happened
On Site Survey
We commence with inspecting each site, ensuring fire protection systems are properly located and paths of egress are functional. We conduct a survey of the building’s Fire Protection Systems to create a digital blueprint from the provided floor plan or cross check all information indicated on the provided blueprints.
Design
After information is collected, the Fire Safety Plan and Evacuation Plan are customized to the requirements of the building(s).
Create
The design and manual are reviewed against relevant Fire Codes internally by our team.
Approve
All documents are submitted to the Local Fire Department for approval.
Publish and Install
We perform a final check analyzing the documents provided with the fire protection systems on the site. Once the final check is complete, we install the Fire Safety Plan in a Fire Safety Plan lockbox. The drawings are printed and installed at each entrance in accordance with customer specifications. All digital copies of documents are submitted to client.
Annual Update
Safety is a continual effort that does not end with one safety plan. We offer an annual update service as a commitment to our client’s safety and compliance to revised fire safety codes.
